Mold Inspections, NOT Remediation
We are an independent, certified mold testing company. We do not perform mold remediation. That means that we have no conflict of interest- our determinations of the state of your home are not influenced by the prospect of having more work to perform for you. This serves as a valuable protection for you.
In New York State it is a legal requirement that a mold assessment is performed before remediation work can begin. Also, one company cannot provide both the assessment and remediation work. While not legally required in New Jersey or Connecticut at this time, having an independent mold assessment is considered a valuable aspect of consumer protection.
