Our company services the entire state of Connecticut, the Hudson Valley of New York and Northern New Jersey. We are listed with the Connecticut Better Business Bureau (BBB) and are New York State certified and licensed Mold Assessors and Asbestos Inspectors.
Inspections/Testing, NOT Remediation
We are an independent, certified environmental testing company. We do not perform remediation or abatement. That means that we have no conflict of interest—our determinations of the state of your home are not influenced by the prospect of having more services to perform for you. This serves as a valuable protection for you.

In New York State it is a legal requirement that a mold assessment is performed before remediation work can begin. Also, one company cannot provide both the assessment and remediation work. While not legally required in New Jersey or Connecticut at this time, having an independent mold assessment is considered a valuable aspect of consumer protection.
